First you get an AI bot and after chatting with Ai, they will get a person you can chat with. If you sign up for Babbel and then need to cancel 16 days after because you were laid off from your job, they will say NOPE! That’s past our 14 day return policy. That’s bad business. If they said honored it, it would have spoken highly of Babbel and recommend them to friends and future coworkers. But bad customer service is something you should consider when choosing who you do business with.
