By accessing or using Pulvian, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Pulvian provides informational company signal summaries based on publicly available sources. Content is provided for general information only.

Scores and summaries are opinions, not statements of fact. All stress scores, risk scores, confidence scores, band labels, and textual summaries constitute editorial opinions derived from aggregated public data. They do not constitute verified findings, certified assessments, or endorsements, and should not be represented as such.

Pulvian content is not legal advice, financial advice, investment advice, employment advice, or professional consulting. You remain solely responsible for any decisions you make.

Pulvian is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pulvian disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pulvian and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from or related to your use of the service.

In all cases, your sole remedy is to stop using Pulvian.

Pulvian is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by any company referenced on the platform.

Company names, logos, and marks (including, for example, Disney, Nintendo, and similar third-party brands) are the property of their respective owners and are used only for identification and informational reference.

Pulvian uses publicly available sources and does not guarantee that all data is current, complete, or error-free. If you are a company representative and believe information is incorrect, you may submit a correction or removal request via the form on each company page.

• Do not use Pulvian for unlawful activity.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse engineer the service.
• Do not present Pulvian outputs as verified facts, official ratings, or endorsements.
• Do not use Pulvian outputs for automated commercial redistribution or resale without prior written permission.

Pro and Enterprise subscribers are granted API access subject to the request limits and pricing stated at the time of subscription. The following additional conditions apply to all API usage:

• No resale or redistribution. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or make Pulvian API data commercially available to third parties as a standalone data product or feed without prior written agreement with Pulvian.
• No misrepresentation. You may not present API outputs as verified facts, certified ratings, official assessments, or endorsements in any product, publication, or service you build.
• Attribution. When displaying Pulvian scores or signal summaries in a product visible to end users, you must attribute the data to Pulvian and link to pulvian.com.
• Rate limits. You may not circumvent, share, or resell API keys. Each key is for a single authorised user or application. Automated scraping beyond your rate limit allocation is prohibited.
• Suspension. Pulvian reserves the right to suspend or terminate API access immediately for accounts that breach these terms, generate abusive traffic, or use the API in a manner that harms the platform or its users.

The Pulvian name, scoring methodology, and site design are proprietary. Underlying public data is sourced under each provider's terms and licensing (see the Methodology page for the full source list). Nothing in these terms grants you a licence to reproduce or republish Pulvian's compiled outputs beyond fair personal use.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Amsterdam. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection or data protection law in your country of residence.

If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes become effective when published on this page with an updated date.
