Bad, slow, buggy — Ironic that my service app is so ridiculously slow and buggy. Im trying to pay my bill currently and the page has been a spinning wheel for 10 minutes (I walked away and still loading) Every time I go to pay my bill I have to change my password. Every time I save it and make a note of what the password is but it’s always wrong when i return to the app monthly?? I also have to close and reopen the app several times to make it work. Also weird how they silently changed the app and discontinued the older one.. fix it! Especially if you’re going to force people to rely on it to pay the bill instead of dealing with a real person.
