Switched to Open Table — Resy removed the one and only restaurant that I enjoyed on their network, So I switched to OpenTable since they have it. Bring back Avenida Brazilian Steakhouse again and I will rate 5 stars. Otherwise, Resy’s sparse network will no longer be worth it. It’s funny how ONE awesome restaurant made y’all relevant. And then you dropped them. Shameful. I wanted to email this to y’all as to not give you a bad review but your convoluted process for feedback was ridiculous so I just took the most convenient route for I the consumer. Folks, OpenTable has way more options. Resist Resy. They are inconsistent and unpredictable.
