Account Hacked & Non-Existing Customer Service — I have had an account with Resy since 2021 and have sparingly used it. To make a long story short, my account was hacked, Resy never notified me my account was compromised and I only found out after when whoever got into my account dined at a restaurant with a reservation they made through my Resy! What the heck!!! I have been trying to get a hold of someone from their customer service team and it’s just one automated message from one AI agent after the next. Beyond disappointed. Resy, you’re a sellout and OpenTable is better.
