The Worst — The company SunNova went bankrupt and the transition to our new company SunStrong has been completely horrendous. For the past 18 months, we’ve been subjected to various phone numbers to call, numerous transfers and over a dozen order “tickets” being opened with unfulfilled promises of someone giving a callback with clarification on the matter. 18 MONTHS of speaking with dozens of representatives/ “supervisors”/ “Managers” with no clear answers as to what’s going on?!?! Judging from the reviews we aren’t the only ones. To make matters worse, they have begun a series of harassing phone calls looking for payment……Payment for an account they CAN NEVER LOCATE IN THEIR SYSTEM!!! How is it possible to know what we owe when no one in the company can see our usage?? Whether it’s SunNov

Blind — I cannot log into SolarEdge app to view my solar power production since 2023!!! It’s quite frustrating to see that due to chapter 11 Sunnova is now SunStrong. My payments are taken every month but I can’t see what is being produced by the solar panels at all!
