Never again! — After being a loyal customer for several years, I will never use this company again! After numerous excellent experiences, we had an absolutely horrible experience with VRBO this spring when a listing contained numerous lies and there were dozens of things broken in the home. After giving both the host and VBRO the opportunity to make it right, they both declined, and then continued to allow the lies to be posted. If I was a sue happy person, this would be Lawsuit indeed. I did file a complaint with the FL Attorney General’s office for placing a false ad. I will never use VRBO again!
